I applied online got a call a few hours later to set up an interview for the next day, showed up to the interview 10 mins early and was offered a drink. Interview was causal had an interview with GM and the SM got offered the position the next day

They just gave me a tour of back of house, told me how it is for employees, and asked about my availability to get me scheduled. Very easy, but maybe easier than normal as I was a high schooler at the time.
