This company's interview process is insanely long. They even warned me that it takes forever. I was told approximately 6-7 rounds. For corporate positions, you get all the way to the top where you meet the founders. Almost all of the questions were about "personal growth" "values" "culture fit" Its like they don't care about merit. Very "unique" company where they put huge emphasis on culture and you must follow the same self-help materials that the founders swear by. Be prepared to be asked many many personal questions, questions about your personal problems, demons in your past, relationship problems, etc, etc and they will drill down into your personal issues like no other company. If you like this type of thing, you will probably do well.
