Applied online and got a call back very soon. Interviewed on location with general manager. Asked very basic interview questions. Hired on the spot. It was very easy because the manager asked easy questions
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
