I have applied to panda express four different times. I felt like my most current interview was the best. She asked me about myself. Really took time to read my resume. Asked me questions regarding why I wanted to work for Panda.

Pretty straightforward. Asked about strength and weaknesses. Why they should hire you over other people, etc.. Asked questions most employers ask. Not too hard. Just be honest and straight forward with them.
