Advised on open position by friend who was employed at the company. I then made contact with person recommended by them via phone interview. Was then interviewed by a department manager and then by general manager. Offer was presented and upon some negotiation accepted.

Very easy and streamlined the process to be effortless and very effective. Had about three different interviews to make sure I was a good fit. HR and hiring personal were top notch.

Entretien
There are 2 rounds of interviews, the first one was with 2 managers and the final one was with the CEO . The interviews were pretty normal with no tricky questions under comfortable atmosphere.

there was none! Offer came out of the blue. Offer came from online resume posting. This made me suspect the credibility of the offer. Not sure to trust the offer and went to glass door to determine possible issues or red flags with process...
