If your CV made it to the short list, there are 3 phases of process:
Phase 1 - session 1 (morning) - Individual presentation
I prepared a presentation for a case study given a few days in advance. Then, I presented it in front of a panel of 3 people. The presentation was allowed 10 minutes + 5 minutes for question and answer.
Total time: 15 min.
Phase 1 - session 2 (afternoon) - Role-play/group discussion
We were split into groups of 5, and given a continuation of the previous case. Only, the case was only given at the moment, and we were allowed 15-min to read. Then, we are to proceed to a 45-min group discussion in front of a panel of 3 people. After that, we are to present (role-play) our discussion to the panel and get more unwritten information. Next, we are allowed a 30-min discussion to revise our findings based on the new information. Finally, we are to convince the panel of our discussion in the last 15-min.
Total time: 105 min.
Phase 2 - Online assessment
After I passed phase 1, I got an email inviting me to go through the online assessment. This timed test is to be done online at any 2-hours time before the deadline. Some kind of IQ, aptitude, and personality test.
Phase 3 - Panel interview
Standard interview questions. Prepare by doing research on the terms written in the job ad.
