The hiring process was very long and time consuming, 3 months in total. Several interviews, case study and online tests. I had to wait almost a month after the final interview to get the final feedback.

The interviews pretend to be nice during the interview then ghost you after taking you through several interviews and test. Seems like they're for free labour. It is rude to leave interviewees in limbo.

Psychometric test, HR screening, written test, case study, panel interview.
Video interview where competency and qualifications are outlined. This was a 1st stage interview that was followed by an online psychometric assessment. Successful applicants would undergo a panel interview which then leads to an offer.

Interview screening call with HR focused on fit within clusters and knowledge of company. Talent Q screening process with numerical, logical and verbal reasoning. Interview with cluster involving a presentation, questions on presentation, background and experience.
