I met with the primary employment "screener", then was asked to interview with a member of the management staff. Was asked to wait to meet with the Vice-President, interviewed with him and was called back the next day to meet with the company President. A day or two later I was called and offered a position and started training immediately.

Fill out forms, do a simple initial interview about general questions about the industry and position and then they tell you that they will meet internally and "try" to place people in best fit positions depending on what they have available

Entretien
Pretty straightforward, prepare for 3 separate interviews. Dress well and you should be fine through the interview process. The company responded very quickly, about 2 hours after the first interview I was scheduled for a second.
3 interviews. Each ask you similar things. The basis is to find out about yourself. The important thing is to be transparent and honest. Present yourself as how you will actually be on the job.
