Hiring process almost took around 3 months !!! Drop resume in start of DEC and HR only contact me in first of JAN . After waited almost a week only ask me for first interview and waited another week than only ask me to go second round interview. Then get ghosted until now end of FEB . First round interview is interviewed by a Japanese from Japan . Feel ok , not so hard compare with another company . Second round interview was by a local hiring manager . Feel like she very BLU and picky . Just looking for some one cheap young fresh graduate to join this one year contract role ASAP .
