Fill up application at HR, then will send email for interview. Set interview with Clinical Director. Then received call from HR then job accepted. 2 weeks after started orientation, 3 months clinical orientation.
I applied online and heard back after a few weeks. First point of contact is HR. The interview process felt straightforward. It was a pleasant experience. Be ready with questions.

Entretien
It was an in-person interview with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers from different department. They asked few questions such as tell me about yourself, how would you handle aggressive patient, where do you see yourself in 3 years, and what is my strength and weakness. Then HR called to offer the job. The Interview Process was smooth and very professional
