Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies en févr. 2025
Entretien
1. Phone Screen - Casual phone call to make sure you're a decent person and can hold a conversation
2. Learning - 1 hour interview to see how fast you can pick up a non-commonly used data-querying language to make queries.
3. Decomposition - 1 hour interview to see how you can break down abstract problems statements into concrete actionable steps and data. (e.g there's a highway leading into the city with congestion. The mayor is interested in implementing a tolling system to address this. How would you go about this?) Getting mocked on this one was incredibly helpful for me as the first time I got mocked, I did so poorly I got embarrassed. However, I got much better with a little bit of practice.

The process is decomposed in three parts. The first one is a behavioral phone call with someone from the team, discussing about your background and motivation. The second part is a pair of technical rounds assessing the way you approach an open-ended problem from a technical perspective and an hackerRank where you have to write live code with an unknown language. Last part is a behavioral/technical with a senior team member
