Typical tech company interview process. First a phone call screening, then a live leetcode-style question, then some more rounds. Tough questions but just prep as usual with leetcode mediums and other DSA practice. The guy who interviewed me seemed miserable, "why palantir?" he answered "pay and location".

Quick call with recruiter then technical interview. First call was easy, fit of company etc... Technical interview was leetcode easy and code walk through. Overall, much easier than what I had read online.
