Submitted an online resume, got an interview. Went right into the technical questions. Weren't too bad, but it didn't work out.

Extremely unorganized HR. The HR person I spoke to was a mess. He wasn't paying attention during our call (I could hear him typing/doing something else). After interviewing for the first round, I got an email the next day asking to set up a time for the first round again. Clearly, he forgot that he had spoken to me the previous day. After I pointed that out, he did not even have the courtesy to apologize. I understand that peak season can be busy, but this is no way to treat a candidate.
