I applied, filled a questionaire online. Went in for an interview within that week (even showed up late!) yet they were still kind. The process did take two hours (instead of the one hour or so I was expecting) but I was basically hired on the spot.... and thats a common story for most people.
The hiring process is very kind and very good!

2 person, 30 minutes interview. Asking straight forward questions, relax environment. I felt comfortable answering the questions and they were helpful helping me to be relax during the interview. I would suggest.

Simple and straight to the point, I attended a Job fair at Vancouver's Mega Job Fair organized by PICS ,met Paladin Security there, and was called for an interview after careful consideration and exchange of words with the talent team
