I had to complete an on-line application and then got called by the office to attend for a personal interview. The on-line application had an english test and asked the usual biography stuff. At the office I met with the recruiter and had a 1/2 hour interview. I was told that my references would be checked and I'd be called later with the results. About four days later I got called to meet with a manager for a second interview. The manager aksed me a few questions mostly about my background and what I wanted to see from the company. He said I was pretty much hired but he wanted to make sure I fit where I was going to be assigned.
