Firstly, we were asked to submit an internship/employement form. The candidates were then short-listed from 50 to 10. Only people that have a background in Metallurgy were allowed to participate in the fall internship program. Once selected in the top 10, we were then interviewed thoroughly about our knowledge of the industry and its process techniques.
