Terrible treatment of candidates. No respect for their time or keeping them updated throughout process. The interviews themselves were ok but a little disorganised with a lot of overlap between interviewers. Halfway through the process, my recruiter changed from an external agency to an internal recruiter. 4 interviews in total: - Technical discussion with short coding challenge - Architecture, ML, and testing interview - Coding interview - Software engineering discussion and cultural fit After 4 rounds, I was left waiting for a verdict for 11 days. I reached out to the company on the 7th day and was ghosted by the internal recruiter. I then received an automated rejection from a no-reply email address used by the initial external recruiter, telling me that the position had been closed. This was followed by the internal recruiter stating that he’d closed the position due to headcount not being approved in Europe but that he’d check if they could get approval this week and get back to me. The day after, another (third) recruiter contacted me by email telling me the position was closed. I was not contacted again about head count. Terrible experience and clearly a company that doesn’t respect candidates’ time.
