Question 1
1 - HR screening
Examples: Tell me about a time you built an executive-level relationship?; How do you handle a situation where a customer is at risk of churning?; How would you drive PagerDuty adoption for an enterprise customer?
2 + 3 - More in-depth technical and behavioral questions.
Examples: How do you track customer success & adoption; What is your experience with DevOps & tools?; Give me an example where you drove customer retention; How would you help a customer optimize alerting & incident response with PagerDuty).
4 - PCSMs + VP Engineering + Hiring Director
A mock QBR (Quarterly Business Review) panel interview.
