Phone interview followed by on-site interviews at PagerDuty's HQs in San Francisco. I spoke with a few individuals on the phone and then meet with management via Google Hangouts. Next step was to travel to San Francisco for a series of in-person interviews with various managers spanning different roles. I also requested to meet with peers in my position so that I could understand their day-to-day interactions.

More of can you fit into the culture that has peaked in revenues vs. how can you help grow the company. Pagerduty is going through a middle of a major change and their interviewing process was extremely flawed for what they're trying to hire for.

Very through professional process that moved quickly with good feedback throughout. Careful to protect the culture and find the right fit.
Invited to corporate for a full day to meet and interview with the team, gave a 30-60-90 presentation on sales territory management.
Initial offer was very fair, met expectations and market standards.
