Was contacted directly by PP without applying, they probably found my C.V. on monster or linkedin.
A Technical Phone Interview arranged a 2 days after asking for my C.V.
This was Followed by Face to Face Interview 2 days later.
After each stage I was updated with info in 1 or 2 days.

Phone Interview was quite Technical, a lot of programming questions.
Face to Face Interview was more casual.
Spoke to HR by phone for general job intro. Seemed to go OK and was told would be contacted again. Proper interview scheduled which they cancelled twice - apparently they were dealing with 'HR disciplinary issue' both times. Didn't bother afterwards

Nice managers , some of the engineers i talked to not so much.
Straight forward enough interview , and the process was quick . The wages arent great and no profit sharing or RSU .

Entretien
First step was a tech test using devskiller. Second step was a joint culture/technical interview which involved being interviewed by two people for the culture interview on questions regarding competencies and then a further two people for the technical interview which involved solving various challenges by live coding in Java.
