initially an essay to check your english, followed by a easy test based on your job role. a quick meeting with the HR and lastly an interview with a dumb team leader and his favorite pet.

time wasting process they keep us waiting for the interview for couple of hours and after performining 2-3 rounds they inform that they dont have any vacancy right now.....

Robust interview process, competency based and assessment. The people were friendly and engaging.
