Entretien
Phone screen followed by onsite panel interviews with two panels of employees. They use a technique called Targeted Selection behavioral interviewing. All of the questions where in the form of describing an example of something. There were a couple of interviewers that were over the phone not in person, which is common at PS. I didn't have this but sometimes they use video interviewing when members of the interview team are at a different office.
