I was reached out by the recruiter to do an initial video interview. My experience with the recruiter was very unusual because he stated that he just started his position so he knew very little about the position and the daily duties of the position. Even though the recruiter had very little knowledge and was not able to provide a lot of answers to my questions I was still willing to continue with the interview process to meet with the hiring manager if I was a selected candidate. The recruiter told me that he would get back to me early next week. He never did and I even reached out the following week to follow up on the position and he never responded. The company completely ghosted me and did not provide me with any rejeciton letter. My impression of this company is really bad due to the unprofessionalism of how they conduct the interview process. If you plan to apply just be aware that this company may ghost you. I would advise this company to at least send out a rejection letter to the candidate epecially if the person spent the time to interview to at least show some form of respect.
