Phone Interview - I applied online and then received an email asking if I could interview within 2 hours. The phone interview was on the second day after I applied. The phone interview was not difficult and took about 30 minutes.

Expect an extended interview process and repetitive conversation. Interviews seemed strictly scripted/scored. The experience felt impersonal and company reps gave an impression that sisymyc shifts in company leadership dynamics are putting staff on edge. Something felt off overall.
