CV examination is the first screening process, followed by an online test of basic math/logic and language abilities. After which a first interview is conducted with the relevant personnel from the section you're applying. At the end of this first interview a written essay is required as part of the screening. Final screening consists in an interview with the heads of HR and the section to which you are applying to.
