I walked in and they surprised me with two very challenging tests, the first was word and math problems and the second was an extensive test on your knowledge of Excel. I passed both, unfortunately they have a racial bias there for their office workers. Almost everyone there is Asian who works in the office setting. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING WITH THIS EXTENSIVE INTERVIEW PROCESS IF YOU ARE NOT ASIAN! Honestly, they do not care about your qualifications at all if you are not meeting their racial bias standards they will not even care about your interview or your past experience, you might as well have not even been there.
