It was a group interview with an orientation, then a 3 on 3 group "speed" interview. There were 9 people applying. We had an orientation all together where the "coach" described the company, their philosophy, and the company culture. Each of us were asked to give our name and tell what was most important to us in a new job. They then broke out into groups of three, and the three interviewees had a "speed" interview with three employees. After the speed interview, and Q and A by us we were sent on our way, they emailed the following day who would be asked back for a second round, one-on-one interview. I was not hosen to come back for a second interview.
