First round phone interview. Second round interview included a case study which was sent beforehand. Began second round interview with behavioral questions and then presented case study followed by multiple rounds of questions.

A recruiter reached out to me to set up a video interview. The interview lasted for around 30mins with the recruiter saying that I could be a good fit and that she would reach out to the following week. The following week went by with no updates. So I followed up with the recruiter and received no response. It was very unprofessional and not something that should be normal practice.
