it changed from being selected by team work and taking initiative in working in a group setting, nows its one on one interviews that are scripted and too easy and last anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, theres a physical you much take if you pass the interview process which is kinda pointless because what happens in the physical has nothing to do with what you actually do at the work place
For the interview process your are to participate in a group interview with upper management. Prior to that you are to participate in a phone interview with a member of management, then a follow up interview with an operations manager.
