Applied online, got a phone call with a recruiter, then a phone call with a manager. Final round was a 3hr panel interview which included a case study. One of the interviewer was looking at a different screen the whole time, asking generic questions after questions without trying to get to know me. Very rude and awkward. If that wasn’t enough, recruiter emails me a “take home project” after the interview. The whole process was long and time consuming. After a week or so, recruiter schedules a 30min phone call. Usually when recruiters “schedules” a phone call, it’s good news. But nope, she calls me to reject me. I had to wait days just to hear that I wasn’t getting the job with no explanation. Very inconsiderate smh.

I loved the interviewing process at PURE. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and the process was straightforward. I never felt uninformed or unsure of the next steps. There was a case study interview that was very straightforward and not super challenging at all.
