I was contacted via email by SVP for phone interview. Interview went great and second in office interview was scheduled. I interviewed with SVP as well as management and my future supervisor, which was 4 interviews in total. Everyone was awesome! I was treated very kind and the interviewers asked why I chose pure, my daily duties in my current position, experience, and what I look for in a manager and company. I was contacted the next day by a very nice HR representative who forwarded the next steps in onboarding which include cognitive skills test, personality test, drug test information and background check approval (she also had a brief follow up/interview). I was contacted the next day for a follow up interview with a regional manager. In total I had 7 great interviews and they were all worth it. This is a superb company. They are progressive and forward thinking. Growth within the company is highly encouraged. I was made an offer and I gladly accepted. I am very happy to be joining such a wonderful company. Throughout the process I was encouraged to ask any questions I had and everyone from the SVP to HR made themselves available. I've never experienced such a warm onboarding process for such a great company!

The interview process is long however, it narrows down true fit for the culture. Each interview is 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on how in depth you get with your answers.
