You supposed to know someone before applying for the internship. With connections, you don't have to apply to a formal internship if you can demonstrate your abilities directly to your employer.
After that, there is not much to be done apart from formalities such as sending in resumes / transcripts.

No difficult questions in informal round of intenship
It’s pretty good,.They asked a lot about business related questions and also some situational/behavioral questions and past experiences. It was a great experience interviewing with a few interviewers in the meeting.

Entretien
I applied through walk-in and I was interviewed on the same day. The HR Assistant was really nice. She only asked me common questions like what are my strengths, why I took that course and what can I contribute to the company as an intern.
