3 entretiens: 1 premier entretien sur skype avec le fondateur, un second avec son associé sur Paris et enfin un dernier entretien physique avec le fondateur sur Paris. Les entretiens servent à évaluer la motivation, les compétences et l'autonomie pour le poste de consultant en stratégie au sein d'une structure entrepreunariale en développement. Chaque entretien a comporté une étude de cas de type market sizing ou résolution de problème de logique simple pour évaluer la capacité à structurer son raisonnement et la présentation de résultats.

I had four interviews with Ptolemus, 2 by Skype and 2 face-to-face interviews in Paris Office. Overall, It is a very bad experience. The whole process took me three months with four interviews but there is no response in the end, not even a reject letter. I received the first contact in March 2016 by HR Director. The whole process took me three months. I did not receive any feedback after the fourth interview. I sent 3 emails and called to try to get some feedback but they never replied. The first interview is skype interview with HR Director based in Brussels. The questions focus on the personal background, motivation, understanding about Ptolemus, future career plan. (March 2016) The second interview is face to face interview with a senior consultant in Paris office. Interview questions include 2 case studies about their main expertise and some general questions. (April 2016) The third interview is another face interview with HR Director in Paris office. Interview questions include a case study and some general questions: motivation, why Ptolemus, why this industry/ sector? (April 2016) The fourth interview is skype interview with Research Director based in London. Interview questions are about their main professional area, the Mobility Ecosystem. (May 2016) Then I got no response from Ptolemus after the fourth interview. I send 3 follow letter every 2-3 weeks after the fourth interview but they never replied. Overall, It is a very bad experience. The whole process took me three months with four interviews but there is no response in the end, not even a reject letter. I waited a month and finally gave up.
