The interview consisted of the branch manager calling my house an describing some of the job responsibilities, and asking if I thought I would like to do that. She then told me to come down to the office so that I could fill out the application.

I met with the manager and she explained the job to me. I was told what the company did and where I would be expected to drive, met some of the drivers and was encouraged to ask as many questions as I had. After passing a drug test and background check I got a call and was offered the position.

They asked me about my driving record. It has to be clear of any major incidents for at least 5 years.

Show up, have a pulse and heartbeat, get a poorly paying job. Overtime does not start until after working a full 12 hours straight. Holiday pay, only if you work the day of the holiday do you get paid for regular and holiday pay.

Unorganized, group setting. Waited a half an hour. Sloppy. Unprofessional. A Joke!!!! You definitely don't have to dress to impress. Staff set the bar pretty low and its quite the experience. I cannot believe this place is as big and successful as it is.
