The interview process was very rigorous. But, although my interviewers really grilled me, they were friendly and respectful. Also, I had 4 rounds of interviews: 1. With HR (more of a phone screening) 2. With the hiring manager 3. A panel of 3 team members 4. With the hiring manager's boss I'd say, the challenge of the interviews has matched the challenge of the job so far.
