It is an easy to process and if someone has the right experience with a minimum notice period or quick availability to join is preferred and offered immediately. There is one telephonic screening round, along with the regional manager and followed by North America mangerial/Director round.

Question 1
About existing project work experience, Java, SQL, IoT. Sometimes puzzles are also asked. Overall the interview difficulty is average and someone having a strong technical and analytical background could easily crack it.
initial interview with hr, then interview with hiring manager, techical interview with some engineers and then panel interview with more managers from PTC ( a ppt presentation should be presented by me on any subject)
