Three interviews - HR, program manager - hiring manager. It was a screener then the program team asked technical and behavioral questions. The final interview was more behavioral than technical.

STAR questions. Small group. Should have knowledge of basic company tenants. Pillars of safety, inclusivity, reliability and being a good neighbor. Tests are not as intimidating as they appear just try
Was ok. Good conversation. Hard to get a read on what they were looking for at the end of the day. Could be good company not sure. People were nice at least.
