The interviewing process had 3 phases. First you have to complete a questionnaire with questions pertaining to the position you applied for. Then the next round is a panel interview with 5 people from different functional departments (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Legal, Finance). Then the final phase is face to face with the hiring manager and the department head.
