J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez PSEG (Newark, NJ) en avr. 2017

      Entretien

PSEG Fake Interview Process. I registered on the PSEG career site on March 14th 2017. I didn’t see any jobs that I liked so I didn’t apply for anything. On March 30th, I get an email from PSEG asking to participate in a digital interview for a Sr. Business Financial Analyst. I couldn’t believe it, it was a perfect job for me and I thought it was a miracle. I searched for this job on the internet and got the job description. However the PSEG site stated that “1929 Sr. Business Financial Analyst - Date: Mar 6, 2017 - Sorry, this position has been filled.” I decided to go for it anyway. I completed the digital interview. Was invited for another interview in Newark. The interview was with three senior managers who took turns reading the “behavioral” and “situational” questions. I think there were 15 – 20 questions. Some were somewhat repetitive and some didn’t make much sense. Then, I interviewed with the hiring Finance manager. I was totally qualified for the job. I emailed a “thank you” note to the manager, emailed HR requesting the status. I didn’t hear anything back from PSEG. On May 29, I got an email form them letting me know that they hired another candidate. Fast forward... On July 17th, I get an email from PSEG that reads the following: “Thanks for expressing interest in a career opportunity with PSEG. You recently applied to our open "Sr. Financial Systems Analyst" position and we are interested in learning more about your experience. Please complete and return the attached questionnaire along with a copy of your resume to …” Now I see the red flag. I have not applied for this position, I am not really qualified for this position and PSEG applied for me on their career site. Again, I researched the position and the PSEG site stated the following: “Sr. Financial Systems Analyst - Date: Jun 14, 2017 - Sorry, this position has been filled.” The requests for the interviews were after the positions were filled according the PSEG site. It seems to me that PSEG already hired someone they wanted for these positions and now they are conducting fake interviews to comply with the company’s hiring policy. This is just my opinion.
