The interview was done in a conference room with a panel of interviewers. They took the time to describe more in depth the position I was interviewing for then began to ask questions. If I remember correctly there were 7 interviewers and they each had a chance to ask a few questions. After the questions they opened the floor for any of my questions.

The interview I was given began with written tests to assess my ability to complete the job. When successfully passed that I was called in for a panel interview. Similar to a police officer interview. There was 7 interviewers in the room and they all took turns asking questions. When they completed their questions they opened the floor for my questions.
