Apply online , I can’t remember if there was an assessment. Received an email to do the Video Interview , very easy. Two days later received and F2F invite. Day of face to face received cjo while waiting for my flight back home

What would you handle first the smoke detector going off or someone with a nose bleed ?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
