Entretien
Initially, online application, followed by video interview. Presentation, followed by Q&A, followed by individual interview. I found the process streamlined and helpful. There were about 40 candidates. We found out two days later of our acceptance.

What makes you special that we'd want to hire you?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Entretien
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
