I had the online assessment about a week after I had applied. I heard back about scheduling a F2F about a week late, the F2F being a month later. I have the F2F on 12/07 in Charlotte and will report back on the questions that they asked, though they always seem to be situation or personality questions.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
