You are sized up the second you show up. They pretty much know who will make it to the face to face portion before the pageant starts. On a positive note, they only wasted two hours of my day watching their old, outdated videos. In my option if you are going to introduce possible new employees to your company, perhaps your uniforms should be compliant. Just saying. If your over 30ish and look it do yourself a favor and stay home. They are looking for fresh meat and they make it obvious. Plus you need to ask yourself, do you really want to share a 300 square foot hotel room for 4 weeks of training in Dayton Ohio? No thanks.
