The interviewers were polite and friendly. Asked about POD, describes some real situations and asked to describe my actions. I got the interview invitation in a few days after I completed their test.

I sent my resume and cover letter and I received a positive response after a few days. I arranged a call with the recruiter (very nice girl) who gave me all details about the position - working hours, salary (a bit low if compared to standards) and benefits. If you’re interested and the interview go well, they will send you via email the link to a test. This is quite good since if you are not interested in the work conditions you can decide not to proceed and avoid wasting your time in doing time-consuming tests and interviews. The test was quite simple with typical questions and problems issued by customers (they ask you to keep it informal since that’s their attitude with clients). Unfortunately I wasn’t offered the job since “other candidates had better abilities and knowledge in line with the criteria set up by the company”. If you have never worked in customer service just like me, then I suggest you to use their chat room and make a couple of questions and see how they answer before taking the test so you can understand what is their preferred attitude.
