2. Onsite interview from hiring manager: quick interview about your personality; excel test; maths test (3 days after phone interview)
3. Background check (3 days after 1 on 1 interview)

Not too complicated. Contacted by an hr rep after submitting my application online. Phone interview and in-person. Mostly the excel test & the math test that you have to prep for. Interview itself is pretty typical.
Apply with CV and cover letter, then simple interview with short test. Generic interview questions such as what you know about the company and behavioural questions like describe a time when you have dealt with difficult customer etc.
