A recruiter called me because they saw my resume on a job board. We had a phone interview, then they invited me to an open house. At the open house I took a typing test & interviewed with a senior manager. Later they called to offer the position but kept pushing the start date back, waiting on training classes to form up.

Very nice lady that interviewed me. There were two phone interviews out of VA and both ladies were very pleasant. Once I did the 2nd interview it took 30 min and the lady was very pleasant and advised me of things I could do to better my skills with the company.
