It was quite awkward. There was a person on the phone asking most questions while I sat in a room with another person. They were also late. Very impersonal.

Very long interview. Lasted the whole 90min. First they asked me to walk them through my CV, then we went through behavioural questions and last few minutes I had time to ask them about the position.
