Beware if being hired for this company to provide staff for other leading pharmaceutical companies, you will always be considered a temporary worker, very easy to replace by someone less skilled who obeys blindly at any stupid management decisions. After a first call with PPD, an interview on-site follows - do not be fooled by appearances as I was.

Very straightforward and quick - applied through the PPD website, got an email from a recruiter within 2 weeks, did a 15 minute phone interview, a 1 hour interview with two team members, and got offered the job a week later.

It was different kind of interview . Mainly based on situational based questions .. had good experience facing PPD interview ... Talent acquisition team were so supportive. Main thing is they reply even if you are selected or rejected unlike other companies
