Overall very streamlined and efficient. As an FSP role, I interviewed with both the PPD manager and the contracted team (Pharma company I would be working for). Consisted of an initial screening interview with talent acquisition, then an hour interview split between PPD and Pharma managers, then if that went well invited for a panel interview with the pharma team I would be joining.

Process was online, video call interview, questions about previous job roles and responsibilities, experiences, work culture etc Asked how well i got with my co employees, did I ever have differences of opinion and how I communicated and sorted out the situations

First interview was through phone and went over basics like salary, hours, and benefits. Second series of interviews was through video call to select teams. Second interviews went more in-depth on experiences and what you're looking for in a team.
